Tracing my Jewish roots in Cuba

This news was written on August 21, 2008 by Steve Kastenbaum. It's focus is on the lives of a Cuban Jew today. The writter is also a Jew which is something that's really interesting. It shows how there is actually nothing for Jews. In the 1940s and 1950's more than 15,000 Jews were living in Cuba but today, there are only about 1,500. The place where the Jews owned was removed my other things and all they have left right now is the thriving center for the local Jewish community.
It's more opened these days since Jew people can do something of their own. Ben stiller, a comedian, is a Jew which he makes other people of all countries laugh at his jokes and enjoy the time listening to him. This article shows how Jewish people are really caring because the old Jew, who's 86 remembers the family of the writter. The writter was also amazed by this since he would have never known about it. I think is article was really showing the lives of the Jews today.
