The Internet had a massive impact on communication when it came out. People could send an electronic mail in a second and receive reply without waiting for a week or a month even. Also, messenger or blog allowed people to stay in touch no matter where they are. Through Google or Yahoo, users could find any information they want in milliseconds having access to millions of websites at once.
